LongboxIQ respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your comic collection and account information.
Information We Collect
- Account information (email, name) when you register
- Collection data you enter or import (titles, grades, values, locations, photos, receipts)
- Usage data and analytics to improve the service
- Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
- User submissions and corrections you provide
Automated Processing
We may use automated tools to help organize imports, detect duplicates, summarize collection records, review submissions, and improve Issue Guides. Private collection data remains tied to your account and is not sold to third parties.
How We Use Your Data
- Provide and improve the LongboxIQ service
- Process imports, exports, and insurance reports
- Review and publish approved user contributions to public guides
- Send service-related communications
- Comply with legal obligations
Data Sharing
We do not sell your private collection data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the service — including Google Firebase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (security) — and when required by law.
Your Rights
- Access and export your collection data at any time
- Correct inaccurate account or collection information
- Request account deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Opt out of non-essential communications
